Terms and Conditions

a) You must create an account on our platform to book the services. To create an account, you must provide essential information, including but not limited to your phone number. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.

b) The information that you provide for the account creation is and shall remain accurate and true. You must update it if it changes.

c) You hold the responsibility to maintain the security and the confidentiality of your account. You must inform us in case of any unauthorized use that results in a breach of security.

d) You are liable for the activities that take place through your account, and we are not liable for any unauthorized access to the account.

e) You agree to receive communications from us about payment requests, information about us and the services, promotional offers and services from the third-party partners or us, and any other communication related to the services.

a) We may request reviews about the service professionals from you to ensure that the quality is being maintained. You also acknowledge that the service professionals may provide reviews about you to us. Ensure that you do not knowingly provide us with any misleading information in respect of the reviews. If any misuse is found, then we reserve the right to cancel your registration and remove your account.

b) You acknowledge that we may or may not remove or restrict access to the User Content that violates the Terms.

a) In accordance with our Privacy Policy, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data. In the policy, we explain the categories of personal data that we collect and process about you.

b) You consent to us sharing the information with third-party service providers or affiliates to provide you with the services, analytics, and trend identification to provide efficiency in the services.

c) We may be directed by law enforcement or governmental bodies to provide your personal data for further proceedings. You agree to any such collection.

a) Orders: ABC allows you to request the various services when choosing your slots. To book, follow the instructions and provide the required information. We try to provide you with the service at a time convenient to you. If we cannot provide the service provider, you may book the next available alternative slot.

b) Confirmation: When you request a booking, we will send you the confirmation via SMS, email, and push notification. After the booking is completed, we will ask you to complete the payment as per the terms. Once you select a service professional, you will receive a confirmation via notifications or SMS.

c) Cancellation: If you cancel your booking before we issue a confirmation on the platform, then you will not be charged. Our cancellation policy also outlines the applicable cancellation fees.

d) Substitution: If your booked service is unavailable or the selected Service Professional cancels it, then we will provide you with a substitute professional from the registered service professionals.

a) ABC does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, caste, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, sex, marital status, gender identity, age, or any other characteristic protected under the law.

b) All service professionals should be treated with respect, with an appropriate location to render the services. If you fail to provide a safe, clean, or appropriate location, or if you misbehave with them, the service professionals may refuse to provide services to you at any time. If you are found guilty of the above activities, we may withhold services.

c) If any service professional misbehaves with you or disrespects you, or shows inappropriate behavior, then you should report it to us at the earliest.

The content exhibited on our platform is owned, licensed to, and made available through a third party and may contain links to the Third Party Services. These third-party services hold sole responsibility for the content, and you should engage with them at your own risk. We do not represent or limit the liabilities coming from the actions of the Third Party Services. When you book a third-party service, you will also be bound by the respective third-party provider's terms.

a) You ensure that the information that you provide us for booking the services is true and correct and will remain that way after the booking date. You should inform us immediately if there is a change in the information provided. We will not be held liable if any issue arises from incorrect information, documentation, material, or data.

b) If you breach the contract or terms, you agree to cooperate and act in our defense of any proceedings against us.

c) For the user content, you warrant that it does not violate any third-party rights or obligations; the content does not and will not infringe any intellectual property rights such as the privacy, right to publicity; it does not contain any viruses, corrupted files, or content that may be disruptive and damaging in nature; does not conflict with the responsibilities mentioned in the agreements or others; does not belong to anyone that you have no authority over; is not invading someone's privacy, defamatory, discriminatory on any basis; and is not found offensive, objectionable or restrictive of any person's right using our services.

d) You agree not to engage in any activities that may interfere with the services.

e) You must not, in any capacity, influence, engage, or approach directly or indirectly a service professional who has provided you the services to avail the service independently without booking through our platform. Through these limitations, we protect the privacy of the service professional. Any harm to the service professional will outweigh any harm to you when you violate the terms.

a) The rights, titles and interests in and to the services are considered the intellectual property that arises out of the services and are owned by us. In accordance with these terms, we offer you the non-exclusive, non-sub-licensable, non-transferable, revocable and limited license to use and book the services.

b) For any bug reports or related issues, you may send us feedback or suggestions. We reserve the right to use, copy, disclose, publish, or exploit the feedback received without any payment of royalty, consent, or acknowledgment.

a) These terms will remain in effect until terminated, subject to the terms.

b) We may restrict, deactivate, or terminate your access to our platform and the services at any time, at our sole discretion: (i) if you breach any of the terms, obligations, or responsibilities mentioned herein, or violate the community guidelines, upon providing you with 30 days' prior written notice and an opportunity to cure; or (ii) immediately, without prior notice, if there is a business, legal, security, or regulatory basis requiring immediate termination.

c) Your account will expire, and the services will time out upon termination of these terms, except for those that are related to the termination or expiry of the terms themselves.

a) We provide no guarantee on the services as they are provided on an as-is basis and might not meet your expectations or the requirements.

b) The information provided by us, whether in writing or orally, will not be used as a guarantee or warranty against these terms.

c) ABC tries to maintain accuracy in the information about the services and the charges, but some errors can still occur.

d) You acknowledge that we are an intermediary platform that connects you to the service professionals and do not hold any responsibility for the actions in the fulfillment of the bookings, any omissions or damage. When you book our services, you enter a contract that holds you responsible for the services and limits our liability in respect of the service professional's acts and behavior.

e) You acknowledge that receiving services from the Service Professional lies solely at your own risk and waive our responsibility in it.

f) We do not offer any guarantee about the Service Professionals, their behavior, reliability, and quality.

g) When booking the services, you accept complete responsibility in case of any issue and agree to our waiver of liability in such a scenario.

h) We maintain a dedicated customer support and grievance redressal system to handle user complaints regarding the platform or bookings. You may reach out to our support team through the platform for any assistance or dispute resolution.

i) We, our affiliates, and our related parties waive liability for any loss or damage that arises out of or due to the use of the services or the inability to use them or when they are unavailable; the unavailability of the service for the given period; and the loss of user content or the other data when providing the services.

You must indemnify us and hold us, our parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, directors, agents and representatives harmless against any claims, lawsuits, proceedings, demands or any incurred loss when booking our services or using the platform arising due to the violation of these terms or by a third party who may have access to your account.

ABC will not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to provide its Services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These circumstances may include natural disasters, technical or network failures, strikes, government actions, war, civil unrest, or other unforeseen events.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service or part of the Platform at any time. Such changes may occur due to any service improvements or any other reasons.

ABC may revise or change these terms from time to time. We will notify you about any changes via email. Any changes will become effective when published on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes are made means you accept the revised Terms. If you have any questions about our Terms, you can contact us immediately.
